ChargeIt is a simple to use POS (Point Of Sale) software for small to medium sized businesses. Ideal for any business where receipts (invoices) are issued for cash, cheque or credit card transactions and for account customers who pay on invoice or on statements issued periodically.

This special edition also produces Quotations and interfaces with the database for error free copying of the botanical names of plants to an Invoice, Quotation or to the Inventory.

ChargeIt maintains an inventory of stock and produces reports for reordering stock as stock falls below a limit set by you. The inventory can be bypassed for transactions that are not currently in the inventory database.

ChargeIt supports sales tax on individual items and GST when applicable. The sales tax and GST rates are set by you and can be changed or added to at any time. ChargeIt also supports delivery information and delivery charges and discount can be applied where appropriate.

Credits can be issued and the inventory is updated automatically for both sales and credit transactions. Part payments are catered for and are reflected in the printed invoice and statements. Part payments can be used where the POS supports laybys and deposits etc.

Multiple invoices for the one customer are collated for statement purposes.

Reports can be printed and in many cases can be viewed on the screen. Reports can be selected by date using a calendar for, one day, two days, a week, a month or any length of time selected by you.
